Television all of a sudden got great again. I love 24. If you haven't caught on to watching 24 in the last 5 seasons, then shame on you. This show is so damn good, I can't stand it.
How good is it you may ask?
Well, has there ever been anything in your life that made you want it to be Monday over and over again? ... think ... pause for thinking... Exactly! I thought so. Nothing has ever made you look forward to Mondays the way this show makes me wish everyday was a Monday.
It's so good!! It's far fetched like a Bruce Willis Die Hard movie mixed with Chuck Norris superhero tendencies, but it's television. And it's television entertainment at it's best. I'm talking NON STOP ACTION each and every episode. Take last night for example. Jack killed one of his best friends to protect a long time Terrorist gone good. A regular joe beat a man to death by smacking his head onto the floor in order to attain a detonation mechanism from a guy because his family was being held hostage by a terrorist. At the end, for the first time in 6 seasons, they weren't able to get to the bad people in time, and a nuclear grade suitcase bomb was detonated in Los Angeles. Yes! I just said a nuclear bomb was detonated, and it was only episode 4 of 24.
