Tuesday - Blue Jacket workout. 3.5 mile warm up & cooldown. 2 Mile curves and straights at HMGP. Triscuit, Mark, Ostrich, Banana, Rabbit, and Panther.

Wednesday - Pain Train Workout - 1.25 mile warmup, 1.25 mile cool down. 10 lap Tronky 300s. (2.5 + 2.5 Miles).
Total 5 Miles
Thursday - Shoulda run 5, but didn't. I felt tired.
Friday - No run.
Saturday - Last 14 Miles of the Marathon. 2 hours 3 minutes.
Sunday - No run.
Total Miles: 24.5 Miles
