Monday - Nothing Hell no. Pain. Massage from Lisa.
Tuesday - Nothing. Worse Pain
Wednesday - Forced 3 miles. Pain in quads and hamstrings. big ouch. Many beers at Aussies after.

Sunday - Nothing
Monday - Nothing
Tuesday - Nothing. Went to visit my new Nutritionist that gave me the answers to my cramping riddles. (more to come on this in a separate post)
