
I'm a complete rookie when it comes to counting calories but I found a cool website called Calorie King based out of Australia that has a great search tool. It also discloses all the nutritional values of everything I've searched for so far.
What's also pretty cool is, once you've found the food for which you want to get values, you can change the amount.
i.e. Grapes... Who woulda known that a large bunch of green grapes has 1000mg of Pottasium, and 300+ calories)
Anyway, cool site. I've added to my links if you need it too. Don't bother looking at all the links it gives you. Just use the search engine for your specifc need to save time.

I've been using the US version of calorieking's diary on my palm pilot for years. When I use it, I lose weight. That simple.
You might find the US version more in tune with the food options you'll find here, anyway.

www.caloriesperhour.com is useful, also. It calculates how many calories you burn doing EVERYTHING.
I used it and calorieking in conjunction with WW a few years ago. I lost a lot of weight doing that. My weight loss requires some beer and lot more explanation :)

no no, i started with some changes right away, but I only went in "knee deep".
I had to work my way up to it!
