Can't stop me, can't even hope to slow me down.

After a pathetic run on Tuesday where I had to quit due to lack of energy and the heat, I’m glad to report that I’m feeling normal again. After Tuesday’s BONK, I have been eating non stop to regain energy levels.
Tuesday night – Hamburger (without Bun) with mushrooms, cheese and onions. Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli
Wednesday Morning – 3 Organic Blueberry/wheat eggo type waffles, and a nouriche yoghurt.
Wednesday morning Snack – an apple, and tangerine and a Kashi Granola Bar.
Wednesday Lunch – Baja Fresh Chiccken, Pico, Guacamole burrito, with added rice. Chips and Salsa.
Wednesday Afternoon snack – Granola bar, and another apple.
Wednesday Dinner – Entire Box of Macaroni and Cheese, 4 toasted wheat bread slices with Muenster Cheese and Spray Butter.
Thursday AM – Bowl of cereal and Nouriche pre 7 mile run. 3 toasted waffles post run.
Thursday lunch – Couscous and grilled chicken leftovers, and 2 wheat bread, Muenster Cheese and Ham sammies.
Thursday afternoon Snack – Apple and Kashi Granola Bar
Thursday Dinner – Thursday night is always Pizza Night!! California Pizza Kitchen super thin crust frozen pizza – Margherita flavor.
Friday Morning – Nouriche and Donut (company has Donut Friday. I have to be a team player)
Friday Lunch – 2 big slices of pizza and a big house salad.

I’m going to keep eating. There's no stopping me.

And I can't even begin to tell you how much water and how many electro mixes i'm guzzling.
