Weight loss - this is CRAZY

After 18.85 miles of hills today I drank 3 pints worth of water. I
know this because I used my nalgene water bottle and it has ounces
lined out on it.
I also went and ate migas. I ate the entire plate of migas and
potatoes which I estimate to weighing 1/2 a pound.
Here's what's crazy, 1 pint of water is 1 pound; so I replenished my
body with 3.5 pounds of fluids and food. When I got home I weighed
myself and I was still 1.6 pounds under what I weighed when I left.
Therefore I lost 5.1 pounds of fluids and that doesnt even take the
tons of water i drank on the run into consideration..
I carried a water bottle and easily drank 11 cone cups (2 oz?) of
water and 8 cup cups(3 oz?) of water at the support stops. That I
estimate out to be a conservative 22 + 24 = 46 ounces. Plus I guess
around 32 oz of water from my hand held bottle.

That all maps out to 78 oz = 4.85 pints ( or 4.85 pounds of water
weight!)
4.85 + 5.1 = 10 pounds!!!

Did I really sweat out 10 lbs of water?
I ran for 2hrs and 41mins (161 mins)
That means I lost 1 pound of water every sixteen minute!
Please tell me I got my math wrong somewhere!
( I do know that 1 pint weighs 1lb. And the amount of fluids I took in
is pretty precise.) if I'm right on all calculations, then that's just
nuts
I need and deserve a long nap now!
