Fresh off the plane, out of the freezer, and into the fridge.
Ran 10 miles in 39 degree weather this morning, 7 with Nedra, and 3 with Karma. We both felt like the 7 mile loop took forever today. I’m not sure why, maybe because we’d been out of touch with townlake for so long? Who knows. Regardless, I got 10 miles in, and that’s a good thing.
On a side note, it’s sure nice to be home and sleep in my own bed. Just wish I had taken today off from work to sleep even longer. Especially since it was the first day of sleeping in a cold room with the heater on instead of the AC. Can’t wait to be home sitting on my couch. Is it 5pm yet?
