Running: The safe sport

This morning on the way in to my workout, at 5:13am (yes I looked at my car clock) I started to think of all the injuries I’ve had since I started running 25 months ago.
Here they are, and in no chronological or specific order, just in the order I remember them, mostly as I think of body parts. Feel free to ask me how to treat anyone of them:

IT Band
Hip Abductor
Hamstrings (both many times)
Under the knee pain
Upper Calves
Lower Calves
Ligaments? on side of ankle
Ankle sprain
Plantar Fasciitis
Blue Toe
Black Toe
Loss of Toe Nail
Quad soreness
Upper side of Gluteus muscle Pain
Top of foot
Concussion
Eye (Branch in eye)
Cheek (Numerous branches)
Forehead (Numerous)
Inside Ear pain
Stomach
Side Stitch
Pinched neck or upper shoulder/back nerve

Full body cramp that included, but not limited to:
- triceps
- forearm
- fingers
- shoulders
- every inch of legs

I think that’s about it.
28 things in 25 months.
Pretty good average!

Damn, I've been running almost twenty years, and my list isn't nearly as long as yours. Maybe you spend too much time running with Lulu and her wussy-ness is rubbing off on you...
