The weather was perfect, and the route was outstanding with an overall downhill run and some hills sprinkled within as well.
My quads were pretty sore towards the end, which means I need to take some time off. I think I jumped back in to this running thing a bit too fast!

Whoops! I see from the map I took the wrong route after Handcock. No wonder I did not see anyone for awhile.
It was a great morning. I ran with the Governor and his secrect service men...they changed a few of the turns;-)
