Having stopped getting up to run at 4:30am three and a half weeks ago + (virtually) no running at all for the last two weeks at early hours + daylight savings time change + waking up at 5am this morning + running hilly trails = I’m ufcking dying over here. I can’t stop yawning and I’m about to friggin’ fall asleep at my desk. It’s only 9:28am. Lunch can’t be here soon enough so I can go home and nap for 30 minutes.
I’m not going make it today. Just not going to make it, I don’t think.
