I got REALLY hungry with about a mile and a half to go, so on the way to work, I stopped at Panera Bread for some nourishment.
Toasted Sesame Seed bagel, Hazelnut spread, Bear Claw, and my regular two Yoghurts.

I devoured this stuff in no time.
I then decided to go check out the nutritional values of all this. Yeah! Check out how much energy i just ingested!
