Thursday through Saturday.

Thursday I ran 10 miles with the Fast Ladies out from the Rock to Mayfield park (past Hula Hut). A good time, weather was muggy but it felt good to run.

Took Friday off due to late night of fun on Thursday.

Met the fast Ladies and Roger at 7 at the downtown farmers market, and we ran 14 out on Lake Austin to Exposition, to 35th, over mopac, up bull creek, right on Hancock, the north on shoal creek, right on Northland to Burnett, down to North loop and over to Duval and then a downhill screamer to the stadium and up around the capitol and back to the farmers market. Distance came out to right about 14.5 miles. Weather was great, crisp light wind kept us cool.

I did it right when I got home, ate a giant amount of food, then i think it's now time for a well deserved nap, then wake up and go see Young At Heart. (trailer video below). Then at 9 or so, it's off to a surprise brithday party where Wigs are encouraged, and then off to bed for an early wakeup and a run out in Bastrop state park with Kerry. 16 miles (2 eight mile loops). I think I'll take Karma so he can run the first loop with us, and keep us slow so we don't go out too fast and suffer through the second loop. Anyone up for a fun trail run on Sunday?
