Here's a graph (courtesy of www.breakingthetape.com ) showing my weekly mileage totals for this year. More importantly, my mileage increase from a low of 4 miles 9 weeks ago during my IT band injury, to today's 72 mile week. 3 of those weeks don't really count as they were just getting my back to running pain free, so really, in 6 weeks I've gone from 33 miles to 72, with only one glitch (week of April 23rd)due to a torrential downpour on Sunday morning which cut my run short by 6 miles. (I should have been at 55 that week.)
For this week, the Best Case scenario would be an 80 miles week, but I'll be happy if I can just get to 70 for 2 consecutive weeks.
After all, my training program doesn't start till May 27th, and I'm well ahead of every one else!

An interesting note, If I count seven days Sunday - Saturday this last week, i topped 80 miles, but my weeks are Monday Sunday, so I can't
