Road to 60

I need to get better at running on Mondays because its screwing up my
ability to get the miles per week that I need. I think I've figured
out my plan to get to 60 by EOD Sunday. I'm at 31.
60 - 31 = 29
Trail race is 18.3
29 - 18.3 = 10.7
Friday 7 on townlake, then a slow 4 to just stretch my legs on flat
ground on Saturday.
Puts me at 61!

Where's the 'EASY' button at?!

Easiest way for me used to be to do a 2nd run in the evening. Short. Usually 30-45 min.
