Ran 22.5 kilometers this morning from RoguEQ to 4th and Nueces and then up the Shoal Creek trail system to just past 2222 and back down.
Felt fine almost all the way, but was a little sluggish for the last 2 miles as I opted to not take a gel at 10 as I was feeling fine at that point.
Fully booked day today, work wise, so this day should fly right by.
