ran 20 miles today. felt pretty good all the way, except a stint around mile 13-14, but i think the issue was a long stretch between water stops. Took one Gu at 14 as wel.
ken and I ran well. My legs felt great, (except my heel), but leg wise, mentally, and body overall, i felt great.
