Anthony Bourdain at the French Laundry

**Let me warn you, this video is 10 minutes long, but if you like food, I think it'll be worth it!**

However, I have watched the TV version more about 6 times now, and still smile, and am amazed by what I see.

I like food, i also love watch FoodTV channel, and this is one of my favorite shows, as Anthony scours the world in search of regional foods. This episode is about Anthony at The French Laundry, a Michelin Guide "3 Star" restaurant in Napa valley.

If you go to their site, you'll see that the a 9 course menu will set you back $240 dollars, but this is quite possibly worth it. Will you ever eat something like this again?

I'm toying with the crazy idea of trying to get reservations the day after my marathon in December, but need at least 1 person to also want in on the deal. Here's the website to he restaurant... check it out. let me know if it's of interest. We'd have to make reservations 60 days in advance, so Monday, October whatever.

We went to see Bourdain when he was here, at the Paramount, last fall. Awesome.

Try some of the Saturday PBS shows. Way better, and much more like the old Food Network, than the current one.

To get a reservation at FL, you need to have an "in", have your phone on speed-dial the exact time they start taking reservations for your preferred day, and/or be extremely flexible with your choice. Dang, I would give a lot to be in on it. Good luck!!!! **jealous**
