Recovery weak is finally over.

Or should I say: Recovery for the weak is finally over. ???

Yes, WEAK is definitely spelled correctly. It was nice to take a few days to relax, and sleep in, and recharge the brain, but honestly, I'm not liking how I feel. It's such a different feeling to attack a day with a good run, and I want that feeling back.

Here's the Labor Day weekend running plan:

Friday 5:15pm: 5 mile warmup run
Friday 6:30pm: 2.5 mile relay leg ... followed by 2.5 mile cool down.

Saturday 5:30am: 16 miles

Sunday 7am: 10 mile greenbelt trail run

Monday 5:30: 10 mile run
