I did it! I ran 10.4 easy miles this morning with Larry, Jo Dee and Ken, and completed my third consecutive 100 mile week! Yahooo!! During the first 3 miles, I felt as crappy as I did in the latter stages of yesterday's run, but once we got about 25 minutes in, coincidentally OFF the hike and bike trail, i started feeling much much better. Amazing what the next day can do for your legs.
My legs are tired now, at 1pm, but they feel fine. No achy hamstring, no achy lower back, no achy joints. Maybe Barton Springs also had a part in the healing!
Anyway, i'm excited! After my first 100 mile week in early July, I honestly thought this idea of running 3 consecutive 100 milers was out of reach, but, it just goes to show how much difference 1 month of building can make!
Now I have another goal, and I only have 8 more days to achieve it, but it only requires 61.1 miles of running. Phew!
But first, a movie (with Popcorn!), then enchiladas, chips and queso, and guac, and salsa, and margaritas, and coronas, and sleep, and a much needed day off with a walk in the greenbelt with Karma tomorrow morning.

Congratulations Mike!! Enjoy your nutriitious refueling!!
I opted out cause I didn't feel like sushi...had I known you were going for enchiladas before now, then I would have been up for that! Darn it!
