I put the HATE in Phosphate

We did the Julia Rollers today! A 6 mile workout (+3 warm up/down)in the hills of Tarry Town, Exposition and more...

To run hills well, I am aggressive and attack them. I like to think of something I dislike and that is the source of my aggression to defeat every hill I take on. (Quite effective, you should try it!)

I felt like 1,000,000 euros today, and Jason was kind enough to suffer by my side as i did my best to pull him along. In an effort to get him to tear the hills apart as well, I told him to hate. Then came out with this winning phrase: I put the HATE in PHOSPHATE. (mainly because as we ran it was the only word I could think of that contained HATE. I still can't think of any others, so feel free to help a brotha out if you have better ideas)

Anyway, I ran the fastest I've ever run that workout.. 19:41 out, and 18:37 back. That, ladies and gentlemen could be close to a sub 40 min 10K, if it was a 6.1mile workout, which would mean a new 10K Personal Record by well over 4 minutes on a hilly, unfriendly course.

Hmmmm... Maybe the IBM 10K may be in my future, but seeing that I hate that distance with a passion, I kinda doubt it.
