They stole my skills and published them

Last night I was reading the new Runner's World. Usually, I read it in about 3 minutes because it's so repepepetititive, but this time it had some sections about Nutrition and some about Hill running.
(Side Note: this is 2 months in a row that I've rad the darn thing!)

Hopefully if you click on this picture, it'll be large enough for you to read. if not, then go buy the magazine, or ignore.

I was looking at this chart/graph/illustration/caricature thing and was amazed at how they're telling people to do almost WORD for WORD what I do. I'm happy I'm doing things right! If Jo Dee ever reads this, she's going to crack up, because I can't tell you how many times we've run hills and I've told her to "Look at the Top of the Hill" and "Don't slouch over" and "Use your arms".

But these guys have also taken many other things I do and published them. Every tip that I circled are things that I repeatedly look for when i climb hills. ("up and over" I totally think that!
Finally the three points at the bottom are interesting too.
