It was good to catch up on things with Jo Dee as it had been well over
a month. My legs defitnitely felt tired and cranky after a hard run,
but a 15 min BS soak and 4 hours later, they're feeling really good.
That makes it 72 miles for the week.
The make-up of my taper for the next 2 weeks remains a mystery, but I
think 55 miles this coming week(10,7,10,7,0,14,7) then 32 next week,
(7,7,7,7,0,4) sounds like a good idea. All depends on what Sisson has
planned for Tue/Thu/Sat.
