T-18 : 14 mile Medium Long Run

Met up with the group (5 of us) and we ran a nice 14 mile run, from BS, winding our way up to Jester, then up Duval to 48th, then back down Avenue F, istead of Speedway. Avenue F was much better as there was no traffic, and there's a water fountain at the park at 44th and Avenue F. Easy to remember FortyFourF. Lost of Effs.
