Hamstring is better but not ready for anything more than slow paces.
Still had to get out here. Needed a run, and Karma needed the fun too.
I made the bad decision to wear a shirt at all. Started this afternoon in medium drizzle with short sleeves, hat, gloves and shorts. tossed the shirt hat and gloves at mile 2.
