We met up on a frigid morning today for 3 loops of a 2 mile neighborhood run.
I didn't bother to turn my watch on, as 2 runners, if not 3 or 4 had GPS to keep us in check. I think we were a few seconds fast on the front mile every time (lost of slight downhill) and the back mile was pretty much on target. Good stuff.
Got to see Santa Claus, a Giant Virgin de Guadalupe and some other oddities in front yards in the neighborhood. Fun stuff.
Then got my last massage before the marathon from Wonder Lisa, and she REALLY worked my legs. Yowzah!!!
