Went out on Friday afternoon with Kristen for a 45-60 min run. My
legs felt like crap. Specifcally my hamstrings that are crazy sore.
We ran for 45 minutes, got in about 5 miles. Horribly slow.
Saturday morning I met up with Damon, Kamran, and Bruce for another 30
minute run, but after about 100 meters, I stopped and walked back to
my car. My hamstring is that sore.
Guess time will hopefully heal it.
