So I need to get back to it, and watch this 8 min course review every day again, or at the VERY least, start it at 4:30 in, and watch as we drive into Newton and face the hills in Newton and Brookline.
I just wish I could change the music, because it gets old pretty darn fast.

Ummm...mute?
Honestly the hills at Boston aren't that bad. It's more how you run the first miles and then how you run the hills that will make or break your race...IMHO. Last year the only mistake I made was running too fast for the first 5K...it's hard not to do. I lost less than 30 sec/mile thru the hilly section and was still able to hold my pace at the finish.
mmmm...Kara Goucher...
I heard the only way Coloradans know they've run Heartbreak Hill is if someone tells 'em. Go run some Hill of Life repeats and you won't even notice HH.
we call music in running videos "running porn." This music is running porn on crack :)
I'm no scared of any hills. I AM hills.
I just like to know what the course looks like.
That's true, I believe your last words to me at Austin were "why am I passing you on the hills, brownie?" That was right before I saw you at the top of the hill sitting down and crying like Lulu on a mountain bike ride!
