So far, I've partaken in 4 "Soul Busters" and defeated each one of them. Tomorrow, I expect to make it 5 defeats, 0 losses.
- 20 miles of running on roads, with the last 4 or so up and down some nasty hills (red bud, stratford etc).
- Then we hop on the track for non-stop of 6 miles:
- 2 at Marathon Goal Pace (6:50),
- 2 at Half Marathon Goal Pace(6:30),
- 2 at 10km pace (6:10).
I'm going to do all I can to hit my times.
Come out to the Austin High Track around 9am and cheer us on! (or watch runners' faces deteriorate)
