In other news, I had a lackluster 16 mile run this morning. Just felt tired, cranky, sore, and never settled into a good groove. All paces felt fast, and my plantars in my left foot was in a foul mood for most of the first hour and a half of running.
It's ok, the long run the weekend before any marathon is always crappy, so it's all good. It was no surprise.
If you're bored, feel free to come by and paint anytime this weekend. Bring a roller. I can offer you water, and chips and salsa. Maybe even some cheese sticks if you do a good job. And I'll have the Masters or the aforementioned shows on tv. High Def plasma! come on! you know you want to!
