SUB SEVENS!

Ok, so I didn't run a sub 3 hour marathon... but you know what???

I just ran a sub 7 minutes per mile for a marathon!

6:59 average miles! WOOHOOO!!!

Sounds even more impressive in the metric world!

I ran 4:20min per Kilometer!
