About that Top 10 goal...

...about being Top 10 US runner...  I'm assuming it's highly doable since it's a "destination" marathon for people travelling from the US, and not a "race".   
Granted, last year they had all time record heat for that day, but, to prove this I still present to you evidence #1: Last year's top 20 US based finishers.

Looking a little deeper into last year's finisher's list*, only 217 out of about 14,000 finishers ran under 3 hours. (1.55%)

* This should be a much higher number if the weather cooperates.
