Amateurs vs. Pros

Amy really puts me to shame.  I mean, I just grab my phone, take a photo and upload it with some blurbs.  Even though I have a nice SLR camera sitting upstairs waiting to be used, it's just so much easier to just snap a photo and be done with it.

Now take Amy's blog.  Her photos are always so amazingly good, I'm like Pavlov's dog just seeing the link to her blog, knowing that there very well might be something succultently delicious waiting to tease me.  

Seriously, scroll down a little and see her photo of her Ciabatta bread.  It's got nice rustic shading and wooden board, and a bowl of yummy mussels in white wine sauce in the background ready.  And The Ciabatta is just sitting there ready to be soaked in that heavenly mussel sauce.  

Mmmm.... I can taste it just thinking about it.   

Too bad I'd have to go to a restaurant to experience that, unless some day I get really adventurous and go to central market and buy my own stash!
