Busy ceiling

I was sitting here in my home office thinking about the right approach
on something, and as I looked up (as I thought), I realized there's
quote a bit going on above by head. 3 lights, attic door, AC vent and
smoke detector, and one more much larger AC vent not pictured.

Guess the days of simple popcorn ceilings are just a distant memory.
