Stockholm minus 9

Last speed work before Stockholm.
4 mile easy warmup
3 x 1 mile repeats:  6:15 - 6:07 - 6:02
1 mile easy warm down

Iced my left hamstring afterwards which felt great, but the hamstring was never in trouble throughout the workout.
