On paper, it doesn't look like the Hamstring pains affected me too much, but that certainly wasn't the case.
Last week was a good week with 74. Quite high in mileage, mainly because of a 40 mile weekend with the 32 miles on Saturday and another 8 on Sunday. 50 of those miles on trails.
The plan is to hover between 55 and 75 for the foreseeable future. I intend to get 2 to 3 of my 5 to 6 runs a week done on the road to sustain leg turnover and some type of speed, if even just long run speed, but no more than 50% of my weekly total will be on roads.
