Athlete's Dinner

Although the fridge and pantry are both full of things one could cook
up, sometimes the common athlete is just plain unmotivated and lazy to
do do anything but load up his largest bowl with two types of Kashi
cereal, fresh blueberries and milk.

For you non-endurance athletes, ill have you know that this Is
actually an excellent choice! Serious!
