knocked it out of the park last week

My legs were so dead from Colorado that last week i cranked out 23.5 miles!

Lets hope I can make it to a respectable 50+ this week, since I get to spend 2 "fun" days in inventorying factory equipment in California for work.  Wish I'd a known sooner so i didn't take Monday off.

Then we aim for 70+ the following week.
