that was cute

Well, that was a cute attempt at thinking the little cool front that has arrived would enable me to run in a shirt for the first time since April.   After the 2 mile warm up with Karma, it came off.

However, it was nice to take a long hot shower to warm back up since the air temperature was lower (67) than the warmer than normal temperature in Barton Springs (71+), which made the drive home a little shiverish.  That was the first hot (not warm) shower in a very long time.  I've had no need for anything more than warm, even after that drenching 6-hour night rain run, or yesterdays rain run.

For some humans, today was apparently "Oh! A cold front is here, so let's wear clothing, and make it your 2009 Austin Marathon Finisher Shirt" day as I spotted 4 of them along the Gilbert Mile.
For fur faces, it was wildlife day around Zilker as Karma was real busy chasing something up a tree, something into bushes and something way down the road we had just come from.

He had fun, and that's all that matters during the Karma loop.
And now he sleeps.
