Too Much Basil

I have too much basil.

I have 4 pots worth, and I can't even seem to use 2 pots worth.

what to do, what to do.

(pesto is a friendly idea, but I'm just not HUGELY into pesto to where I'd want a whole bunch of it.)

Amy said...: Freeze blobs or ice cube trays of that pesto that you think you don't want, and this winter you might be glad you have it.
