Trade Embargo over!!

I spotted this CUBAN rum at Grapevine market yesterday. Did I miss
the news of the Cuban trade sanctions lifted? Was it covered up by
MJ's death?
Why can't we buy Cuban Cigars if we can buy Cuban Rum???
