Hill prancing w/ 800 meter repeats.

There are conflicting reports as to how long the hill we do prance
repeats is.

Regardless, it was definitely a minimum of 5 miles worth of double-
hill repeats of high-knee-prancing along with an 800 meter speed loop
which i did progressively faster from 6:30 down to 6:10 pace through 4
sets.

I'll map it out later to get exact mileage for my log, but the workout
was a minimum of 4 warmup / 4 cooldown and 5 of hill work for a total
13 miles.

Now THAT is a good workout!
