May

May. May. May.

May was the last time I ran anything faster than marathon pace, and I felt it. Today was the first "Steady State" run as we have shifted from base training towards speed and hill work to start sharpening up for Boston

The pace, and how it felt is not worth writing about but I still give myself an A+. I've got plenty of work to do before Boston. The good news is, I've got 90 days.

Ended up with 11.7 miles, of which the middle 7 were at steady state. It hurt to run the pace, and my foot, hurt even more but as long as it doesn't get worse, I'll keep tolerating it.

90 days -- makes it seem like it is right around the corner.
