I haven't had any in a while because we are at the height of the Cedar Pollen season which really beats me down and stuffs my nose. And since dairy produces muccus, I abstained for the whole week before the race, limiting myself to just my daily breakfast yoghurts. It really seems to have helped.
I had a couple of bananas on the counter that have gone past my preferred state. I personally like them when they are still hard and yellow, with even some green at the top of the cluster. These are brown. Combine that with the rain coming soon, and I figure I'm safe from allergies since the rain "should" knock it all out of the air. We shall see.

So this was # 3.
I'm very excited about # 4, which I may very well make later this afternoon or evening. I have another banana, and a couple of tangerines, so I'm thinking a hint of citrus may be quite tasty for # 4! Still not sure I'll add the banana too.
Stay tuned for that one.
I think I'll also try and make every 5th one a purchased one or maybe one with special icecream flavor, and I believe I already have it figured out too. I can't wait.
