Got in a nice and relaxed 7.5 miles total, with Karma, then the rest with some T3'ers. What what?! I ran with Triathletes? Sure, why not. It was weird at first but I quickly realized that they're human too.

Here's a shot of Karma right as I asked him: "Karma, you wanna go run?". Didn't take him more than 1/2 a second to realize what I had said!
Looks pretty fit for a dog that's about to turn 11, huh?

We're very human...until we put on our goggles and wetsuits and then we become fish :) You're welcome to run with us (well, ahead of me!) any time! At least we have that early morning exercise thing in common...
