Aqua run - Tuesday PM

Went back to the pool after work. My intention was to go for another hour, but 35mins was more than enough. I was pretty tired physically from the morning workout.
First I thought I'd just do a long recovery with the floatie on for the full hour, but I threw that out the window and repeated this mornings workout, just decreased the time. 15min warmup, 20mins of 1min off/on without floatie, 5min with floatie cooldown.

Heres what on the agenda for tomorrow mroning while all my friends run a weak ass easy 10 miles:

20 min warmup
3 sets of:
5 min @ 75% effort
2 min recovery
3 min @ 85%
2 min recovery
1 min @ 95%
5 min recovery btw sets
20 min down

The party starts at 6am and a running buddy that's also injured is joining me.
