Running!!

After 1.5 miles on road yesterday, My knee is issue free and feeling great on greenbelt after 1.5 hrs. Going back out for a couple more hours!

Gotta get the long runs in somehow!!

Karma went miles and is POOPED! He'll nap well in the car!
