There's no end in sight for my knee issue.

There's no end in sight for my knee issue.  It's no better today, than it was last Wednesday.  Thanks for checking in. 

I've already started to consider all the things i'm going to do once i realize it will never get better and I will never run again. 

I'm just glad my last worthwhile run was with good friends on trails, and not on some asphalt road in the middle of a concrete jungle.

that's how i'm feeling today.
