Karma and I met up with Dan and my friend Tausha for her first trail run.
I think she liked it. We got in about 6-6.5 miles over 1hr 20.
Highlight of the run for Karma was when we got to the dam, and Karma went in for a swim and started to slowly get dragged away by the currents. Too funny! No worries though, i ran in thigh high waters and pulled him off to the side before he got too far. ha ha ha!

(no issues at all with the knee on the trails. This still perplexes me.)
