We've hit the point of 3 more quality workouts, one 14-16mile run and some more runs on our own. There's not much to do but adapt to what our body and mind tells us.
Today, twelve 200meters at 5k pace with 200 meter recoveries was the daily special.
I opted to go off the menu and ran eight 200s and half marathon pace.
7 miles total.
