Tuesday Wednesday

I ran just under 4 miles yesterday a little under 8 min pace as the hamstring continues to feel tender.
Today, there was no point in inviting anyone for a run, as you never know if i'll have to bail early. I went about 5 miles at an easy 8'ish pace.
The hamstring feels ok at that pace, but not very happy if I pick it up some.

I'll continue to ice it 1 or 2 times a day, and do some exercises with a tennis ball that my doctor showed me.
